St. Louis, we are still buzzing from the amazing energy of our inaugural Connect Event: Reflections in Bloom!
This past week, the air at Silver Oaks Chateau was thick with more than just the scent of citrus and fresh petals. It was charged with the collective commitment of our city’s most talented wedding pros. For those who couldn’t make it, or for the couples wondering what goes on behind the scenes of the St. Louis wedding industry, here is a look at why this day was so much more than just a beautiful brunch.
From the moment guests walked in, the atmosphere at Silver Oaks Chateau was a stunning showcase of intentional design, blending sophisticated aesthetics with high-energy networking. Guests were greeted by a striking visual landscape, anchored by a grand mirror installation from Exclusive Events, Inc., framed in plush blue velvet drapery and vibrant, citrus-toned florals by Serendipity Floral Design—the perfect symbolic centerpiece for a day dedicated to “Reflections.” The design was elevated by the exquisite details provided by Nuage Designs, whose premium linens and napkins added a layer of texture and refinement to every table, perfectly complementing the bright, botanical theme.
The event was a sensory experience from start to finish, with the design and execution coming to life thanks to AJcoordinates. Upon arrival, guests were greeted by a “Reflections” installation, allowing them to reflect on the past year and look toward the year to come. Guests mingled and enjoyed a gourmet brunch spread and bar from Sugarfire Events STL, featuring savory classics and an omelet station, while the Philly Pretzel Factory’s heart-shaped pretzel wall added a whimsical, “love-at-first-bite” touch to the snacks. Between the beats provided by Spin Society DJs, local pros engaged in roundtable conversations, sharing insights and learning from peers in the industry.
Every handshake, laugh, and “reflection” was captured with precision by Mad Land Photography, whose photos tell the story of the day’s vibrant energy. Adding to the storytelling, Films by Victoria was on-site to document the movement and emotion of the event through beautiful cinematography, while Rose Colored Moments ensured no moment went unnoticed, capturing the dynamic behind-the-scenes content that kept our community connected in real-time.
Whether they were posing in front of the shimmering sequin photobooth by Glow Booth STL or sharing growth strategies over mimosas, the day was a beautiful testament to the talent and camaraderie that defines the St. Louis wedding community.
