Aleen and Ben’s late summer wedding day at Eckert’s Orchard was truly a dream come true and a deeply meaningful celebration of family history. The orchard serves as Aleen’s father’s workplace, and because the venue does not host public weddings, the couple felt incredibly honored to transform this unique setting into the backdrop for their new beginning. Aleen was stunning in her strapless gown from Mia Grace Bridal, a classic A-line design. The gown featured a spectacular train that looked incredible against the orchard’s rolling hills, adding a dramatic flair to the golden hour sunset.
For Aleen, the most important aspect of the day was simply “having all of the people we love in one place.” Guests traveled from across the country, from Iowa to Texas, to celebrate with the couple. “We will forever be dreaming of this day,” she shared. The perfect early-September weather was credited to a charming tradition: a month prior, the couple buried a favorite bottle of bourbon at the ceremony site to ward off rain. The fun continued with unexpected touches, including Aleen’s grand entrance in a borrowed classic Lincoln Continental. Another highlight was the inclusion of their beloved Great Pyrenees, Brixton, who served as an unforgettable groomsman escorted by Aleen’s brother. Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs.!
